MATTER: THE LINGUISTICS VARIATION AMONG MALES AND FEMALES OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION'S STUDENTS TERM THREE IN POLY TECH MARA COLLEGE KUALA LUMPUR (KPTM KL)
1 . 1INTRODUCTION
The linguistic variation is the essential part to examine the sociolinguistics. Therefore , we as group members decided to finish our study in sociolinguistics subject of this semester with just this primary subject with this final project. The Linguistic Variation between Men and Female of Corporate Communication's Students Term Three in KPTM KL is the topic that were chosen for our group. We are given a task which can be focuses on this topic and find out whether is there virtually any differences in the linguistic variance between both males and females. There are some fact said that women and men have differences in many ways particularly in physical and mental given that they were an infant. Thus, to prove whatever we have believed, we currently choose at random some of Corporate and business Communication's students which are 4 males and four females as our key respondent to complete this project.
Linguistic variation is about the usage of the language. The usages in the language make reference to the sociable factors which is different vocabulary in a several time and precisely the same meaning with the language but in the different kinds of the word structures. Hence, the variety of the languages depends on whether the audio speakers have brilliance to speak with a big vocabulary and grammar. So , this can relate on how efficient they applied vocabulary and just how well they speak. In addition , language variety is far more on how audio responds with each other so that we could overview about how fluent the speaker dominant the language. The main factors that contributed the linguistic variance are based on the social class, working activities and supplementary education background of the loudspeaker. Social class is noticed based on their particular life background and where offered from which is depends to the current places that they live at. On the other hand, functioning experiences likewise contributed in how fluent and powerful speaker speak or responds with others. Next elements, secondary education background in the speaker whether they are from the rural region school or from downtown school which is located in the busiest metropolitan middle. In addition, gender is main important role in linguistic variation and there are huge variations between the two genders.
As Malaysians, our initially language can be Bahasa Malaysia and English are called our second language. Thus, our project are focuses on just how well they can respond about our problem surveys in second language and exactly how many terms have been used by male and feminine. We chose Corporate Connection Semester 3 KPTM KL as the main subject in our project because of their proficiency in the using English vocabulary. Their study course itself demonstrated that they are more to conversation skills, so we think they are the best controlled by observe. We interviewed all of them and see how well they respond to the questions interview that contains five questions that related to all their recent activities which is Rasgo. In this task, we think of a lot of data that we identified during the interview.

The purpose of the project is to:
i. Determine whether the different gender contribute to the linguistics deviation among the Company Communication pupils Semester Three.
ii. Identify whether the diverse social class, working encounters and second education background contribute to the linguistic variation among the list of Corporate Communication students Session Three.
